The Delray Beach Eating Disorders Meetup

Meet other local Eating Disorder Survivors. This group will be for anyone suffering from an eating disorder (to include anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating, binge eating) etc. The group will be ideal for anyone over 18, male or female who may be searching for additional support systems as part of their treatment team. Those who may be in an IOP or anyone looking for support, companionship, or a safe and positive environment to share their experiences. For anyone currently suffering from an eating disorder, it will be an opportunity to gather hope from those who have recovered from an eating disorder. For those who have recovered the group can serve as a weekly resource of maintenance, and sounding board. It will be a supportive environment that will help hold you accountable to your continued healthy recovery and your life without ED. (Eating Disorder). Topics such as positive body image and self-esteem will be discussed in addition to other available resources within the community
